Strawberry pie jam
As far as strawberry jams go, this is one of our favorites. the addition of apples to the recipe really bring out the fresh flavors. Perfect for biscuits and toast, pocket pies, blended into oatmeal, yogurt, or warmed up over vanilla ice cream. Simple ingredients, of course: strawberries, apples, sugar, lemon juice and spices. Such a delicious and adorable addition to our "pie jam" collection.
